How much does shipping cost?
Shipping prices are calculated at checkout, based on weight and destination.

Local order pick-ups from our showroom in Paris are available. A scheduling confirmation will be sent to you following your order.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped once it is confirmed?
Online orders received before noon CET are processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after noon will be shipped the following working day. Any orders placed over the weekend or during public holidays will be processed the next working day. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur a shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Do I have to pay customs fees on my order?
Please note that for orders shipping internationally there is likely to be a customs charge upon arrival of your package that is determined from country to country. For our American customers, note that you can order up to $800 worth of items without incurring any customs. For UK customers, customs are estimated to be between 0 and 17% for orders over €150. These costs will be incurred upon delivery, meaning you will have to pay these fees before the package will be released from customs and delivered to you. For our European customers, you will now incur custom fees on orders that depend on the origin of the item you are ordering.
How can I follow my order?
An email is sent to the Customer when their order is shipped from our warehouse. This email summarizes the delivery method as well as the order tracking number.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Your return request must be received within 7 days from the date you received your shipment to get a full refund, if a return is received after 7 days you will be able to receive only store credit.
Please note that all sale items are final and not subject to return or exchange.
SANNA will issue a refund to the original form of payment for the return of merchandise with the following details:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- All goods must be returned unworn and in perfect condition with all original tags attached.
- Swimwear can only be returned if the protective linings are still in place and tags are still on.
- Lingerie cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Hosiery cannot be returned or exchanged once taken out of its packaging.
- Perfumes cannot be returned once their plastic packaging has been opened.
- Make-up cannot be returned or exchanged if the protective seal has been broken.
- Food and supplements cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Masks cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Jewelry can be returned if unworn and with all original tags and packaging intact.
There is no right of return for:
- Products made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized;
- Products that have been worn, washed, retouched, or permanently damaged.
SANNA may refuse any returns that do not comply with our conditions stated above. The Customer cannot return items from different orders in a single return package. They must send a return package per order.
How can I process a return or exchange for an item I have ordered?
All returns and exchanges will be processed through the shipping carrier used in the delivery of your order. Please e-mail us at email@example.com to notify us of your intent to return or exchange. Your e-mail should contain your order number and your reason for returning the goods. We will then email you the shipping label.
For all returns, the cost of your return shipment will be deducted from your reimbursement, or you may receive a full refund in the form of store credit that never expires.
For all exchanges, return shipments must be paid for by the customer, but the shipment back to the customer will be paid for by SANNA Conscious Concept.
Goods must be in their original packaging with any seals intact and in an unused and re-saleable condition. Close the envelope using the return closure and ensure it is sealed securely to avoid damage during transit. Request proof of postage as we are not liable for lost returns.
How long until I receive a refund for returned items?
Refunds are issued once merchandise has undergone a quality control check, and shipping costs are calculated and will be issued in the original form of payment. Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue a refund or web credit for the items as you specify. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 14 business days to ensure that your refund is credited.
