When Rhodiola Rosea is dosed at less than 100mg it is useless. Its optimal efficiency is when there is at least 220mg. The exceptional properties of Rhodiola Rosea from Siberia are due to its high levels of rosavin, rosarin and colophane.  It is the only Rhodiola, unlike the ones sourced from China, to possess all 3 rosavin strains thereby guaranteeing its strength and efficacy.
