After I attended a soap-making atelier this summer, I learned that the difference between cold-pressed and hot-pressed soaps is that the nutrients of the ingredients are much better preserved through a cold-pressed approach.

Suitable for the sensitive skin of babies, children and pregnant women, the Solid Cold-Processed Soap nourishes and moisturizes the skin for maximum comfort. Fortified with organic calendula, it gently cleanses and nourishes the skin and provides a feeling of hydration and nutrition. It is made from 100% natural and vegan origins, is cruelty-free, and is certified organic by Ecocert. 

Thanks to its over-greasing and its richness in natural glycerin, the soap is much softer to wash for the skin and has a basic pH which preserves the skin from external aggressions. And because we want the best for you, the effectiveness of Frimousse soap has been proven by tests conducted under the supervision of a dermatologist.

Without perfume or essential oil (which could cause allergies or bad reactions), Frimousse certified organic soap is composed of 100% natural ingredients (vegetable oils and butters) that bring their moisturizing and nourishing virtues to all skin types, even the most sensitive.

It was designed to be adopted by the whole family and respects the hydrolipidic film (protective film of the skin). It is even distributed in maternity hospitals in Roubaix and Villeneuve d’Ascq!

The soap comes in an environmentally friendly packaging cardboard certified PEFC paper (from sustainably managed forests) to reach a zero waste goal and stop the use of plastic bottles! Cold-processed soaps are 100% biodegradable and do not cause any land or water pollution. Artisanal manufactured in the North of France. 

The color cubes of our soap are obtained naturally with clays or natural dyes that are not always identical: this is why the color of the soap may vary from one production to another. It is also possible that you will not find the 3 colors of cubes (blue, red, green) in your soap because they are inserted in the soap paste by hand. That’s what makes the charm of handmade work!

How to use: To maximize the lifetime of your soap, use a soap holder (try our Magnetic Soap Holder!), and keep away from water splashes.

Organic sunflower oil: gives its softening and moisturizing properties to the soap.

Organic coconut oil: nourishes and repairs the epidermis.

Organic shea butter: nourishes and protects for a soft skin.

Colored clays: naturally color the small cubes present in the soap.

Organic Calendula: soothes the skin.

Vitamin E : thanks to its antioxidant properties, vitamin E helps the soap not to go rancid.
