Order

What is included in the price of my order?

The prices displayed on the Site are expressed depending on the currency of the customer’s country of order and access to the Site. These prices include the VAT applicable in France or that applicable in the country of delivery on the day of the order but are exclusive of delivery costs payable by the Customer.

Can I have an invoice for my order?

An invoice in electronic format will be made available to the Customer on the site in the “My Account” section.

What payment methods are available?

PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Visa Electron, and Mastercard, AMEX, Gift Cards.

Can I exchange or return my order?

Return and exchanges are available within the 14 days receiving the items, please see our terms and condition : here. Please note that all sale items are final and not subject to return or exchange.

Giftcards

How can I purchase a gift card?
  1. Click Here
  2. Select the amount of your choice
  3. Click on “Add to cart”
  4. Then Order

(When creating a gift card, the Customer must enter the e-mail address of the beneficiary (“The Beneficiary”) of the gift card. This e-mail address cannot be changed subsequently.)

When does my gift card expire?

One (1) year after the date of purchase.

How do I create a customer account?
  1. Visit https://sannaconsciousconcept.com/my-account/
  2. Click on the “account” icon at the top right of the screen
  3. Click Create Account underneath the sign in submission
  4. Add your first and last name, email, and password and click CREATE
How do I log into my account?

3. Fill out the login information by entering your email address and password
4. Click on “Login” to confirm.

 

I forgot my password
  1. Click on “I forgot my password” in the “connection” section
  2. Enter your email, validate and you will receive a link to reset your password in your email box within minutes.
How do I change my password?
  1. Log into your account
  2. Once identified, click on “My account”
  3. In the 1st block, click on “modify” to the right of your password
  4. Enter your old password then the new password, confirm it again, and validate.
