Chez SANNA we know that a glass of wine after a long day is one of the most beautiful, simple pleasures of life, but did you know that conventional wine can be filled with sulphates, fish scales, and food coloring? That’s why we have curated a list of our favorite natural and organic wines from France, so that you can feel good about indulging.
Let’s start by quickly going over what can be considered as a natural or organic wine. An organic wine will be produced from an organic agriculture that totally proscribes the use of any chemical or phytosanitary products such as pesticides, herbicides for the cultivation of the vines. Although the addition of sulfites is allowed, its rate is 10% to 30% lower than the usual doses. Natural wines on the other hand are harvested by hand and bottled without any chemical inputs throughout the entire process.
